Step 1
Remove your current upper ball joint and take the threaded camber/height adjustment. Remove it from the upper flange of the inner C.
Use of tool Sunnex 392108 ball joint socket is recommended.

Step 2
Clean the threads by either using a 1,1/8-12 tap or using the threaded camber/height adjustment and spray wd40 and run it completey up and down through the upper C multiple times til the thread is clean.

Step 3
Take the outer knuckle and remove both the upper and lower ball joints. Press in a new lower OEM ball joint of choice. On the top of the knuckle, take the bronze supplied with the kit, and from the top side press it in with the bolt gently with soft metal or using a press (be careful not to smash the bronze doing so will tighten the rotation of the steel part) the bronze will be compressed in the knuckle and goes in tight. Once the bronze is pressed all the way in, take the steel stud back out.
Step 4
Take the Ball Joint Eliminator steel threaded stud and apply grease on the threads and screw it in to the under side of the C. The stud gen 2 have a hex milled into them. Use a 11/16 six point socket is to be used to screw the stud in. Do NOT use an impact! If for some reason threads hang up, remove and clean threads again. Thread the stud all the way in at this point.
Step 5
Reassemble the knuckle but sliding the bottom ball joint and upper Ball Joint Eliminator through the lined up holes. Tighten the lower ball joint all the way up to the correct torque apec (70lb-ft). Then adjust the upper Ball Joint Eliminator down to where its fully seated with the bronze in the knuckle.
Step 6
Weld the supplied washer on the bottom of the Ball Joint Eliminator (mig, tig, stick). Be careful not to get the steel too warm. Once cool, back the Ball Joint Eliminator off some to see a gap, install the rest of the axel shafts and tire and lower onto the ground. Next, install grease zerks, and grease the Ball Joint Eliminator with a high moly grease. Once There is a weight on the ball joints retighten the Ball Joint Eliminator down to a snug fit against the bronze and lock the supplied nut down with 50lb-ft.
